Knitting and Stitching Show, Alexandra Palace 2014

Had a great time last week at the Knitting and Stitching Show at Alexandra Palace. Was lucky to be surrounded by some lovely exhibitors and it was so nice to meet new customers and welcome back some familiar faces.

A few photos of my very talented neighbours.

Caroline Bell and Alison Hulme.

Finally two customers kindly shared their wonderful use of some of my saris.

And Karen's creative transformation of one of my saris.

Looking forward to Harrogate - I'll be on stand TG 128 in the Textile Gallery - hope to see you there!

  1. Wow, what an amazing collection of photos, thank you for sharing. Looks like it was a fantastic show with more felt-makers than I had expected from the title. Will have to put it in my diary for next year....

    1. Thanks Teri - there were many more great exhibitions which I unfortunately didn't get a chance to photograph. Most of them will also be in Harrogate at the end of November if you fancy a trip up North!

    1. Thanks Nicky. It's uncanny - when I was walking round early Sunday morning I saw your wonderful exhibition and was going to ask to take a photo (particularly of Pickle since he reminded me of a schnauzer I had when I was young) but since you were busy talking to some people I didn't like to interrupt. Your work looked fantastic - well done! See you in Harrogate!
